You’ll LOVE This Pumpkin Perfection Shake Recipe.

I’m obsessed with this time of year of many reasons, but honestly it’s the cozy traditions that remind me that the holiday’s are near, that really put a smile on my face. Candles, cozy socks, season 2 of ‘Stranger Things’ on Netflix (I know right is it Sunday yet??), and of course starting to prepare for Christmas shopping all make me feel so thankful and ready to face the colder months ahead.

And let’s not forget about the food. While visions of Turkey, hot cocoa, and warm oatmeal swirl in my head, I actually had a great idea today to make you guys a PUMPKIN themed APOLLO protein shake!

We all love our ‘PSL’ so much, why not try to capture some of those same cozy, Autumn flavors in a protein shake?

As I finish up the last sips of my new creation, I’m happy to say I’ve done JUST THAT. So set aside ten minutes this afternoon, and enjoy this protein-pack, super low-sugar, super-duper delicious masterpiece that could only be named one thing… PUMPKIN PERFECTION!

Ingredients:

  • Handful of Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Milk (dairy or almond)
  • 1/3 Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 Scoop APOLLO Pure Protein
  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP Cloves
  • 1/4 TSP Nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients
  2. Top with Whipped Cream & a Cinnamon (or caramel!) drizzle
  3. Enjoy!
