This stuff definitely works! I’ve tried many preworkouts and this one definitely gave me a burst of energy right as I started slowing down on my run. I mix it with 10 oz of water and chug it really fast. It kicks in about 20 minutes later. I only gave it 4 stars because I got the Cherry Limeade Burst flavor and it is unbearable. I have to drink it with a straw at the very back of my mouth to taste it as little as possible. I plan on finishing it because I paid so much for it, but I wish they allowed returns on open products. I do plan on trying again as I’ve heard great things about the watermelon.
