All I can say is WOW! This BCAA powder is so tasty, easy to drink, and is really easy to mix. I received the Gummy Peach flavor and tastes like a less sweet version of the candy.
I’m recently getting back into lifting and working out after a car accident that left me injured, and this definitely keeps the muscle soreness at bay and keeps me hydrated. Definitely recommend!!

The Blue Frost is AMAZING! I ordered 5 in December because the last time my hubby got into my stash and I had to wait two days for more, I was freaking out!
The flavor is great, it mixes smoothly, and it keeps me well hydrated. I love to drink it before a long distance run so I don’t need to carry water, and the aminos help with my endurance by preventing muscle cramps. I also like to sip it during weight training and throughout the day instead of using drink packets.

If you are familiar with taking BCAA’s you’ve probably run into the same problems I have: 1.) powdered BCAA’s can be tough to mix. 2.) The taste is horrible. 3.) If you buy a liquid BCAA, the taste is bad AND it’s expensive. 4.) If you take pills, they can actually get stuck in your throat.
I had stopped taking BCAA’s because of these reasons. Now, that I am in my off season and hitting the weights hard, I really wanted to bring them back into the mix.
First flavor, as others have mentioned, the flavors are both great. I prefer the peach, but you can’t go wrong with either. I feel like the lemon gives a little bit of that “BCAA” taste toward the end, but it’s tolerable. If you are going to start with one, give the peach a whirl.
Next, like all UNICO products, the stuff mixes quickly and completely.
Finally, the big question is “Does it work”? YES. Prior to having these drinks, I was getting sore for 2-3 days after my strength training. I have been taking the drinks after my workouts, and my soreness is only lasting 24 hours (at most). I’m ready to go again very quickly.
If you are hedging on trying it, I would give it a go. I’ve been very happy with the product and will continue to use it.
