I have tried the Grage Punch a couple times (love, love, love) and I decided to try the Blackberry Lemonade this time. I’m a big fan of sour flavors. I will say it’s not as tart as I was hoping for in a lemonade flavor but it is quite delicious all the same. I’ve always loved how I perform when I use Unico’s BCAAs & I honestly haven’t picked up another brand since I’ve started using Unico & I probably won’t ever again. Highly recommend these BCAAs.

I’ve been doing high intensity interval training for about a year and I never really felt like I was able to give 100%.
