I used to supplement BCAAs with the Xtend brand, and I really liked the flavors and results. However, I switched to the Yumino because I already order my other supplements from Unico (protein, pre-workout). I mix my Yumino with my pre-workout so I love how the flavors of both go so well together. I’m not sure if that was the goal for Erin and the crew but It’s definitely an awesome perk!!!

Peach gummy ring and BlackBerry lemonade are both delicious, and without them after my workout I would be in baaad shape. These keep me from feeling like the living dead the day after a work out!

I have tried all of the flavors; blue frost is definitely my favorite (also my husband doesn’t like it so he won’t drink all of it like he did with the grape ;)). Galactic Grape is also amazing. Adds plenty of delicious hydration to your post workout and eases the DOMS so you can keep hitting it hard the next day!

It took me years to find a BCAA supplement that worked for me; other brands often made me feel sick. I appreciate the use of more natural ingredients & less synthetics/chemicals in Unico’s products. It’s not sickeningly sweet, and is incredibly effective. I use this before and after every workout.

Great during your workout. It works to hydrate and increase your stamina. I find when I use this during my workouts, I am less sore and fatigued after. Love It. I got the BCAA with the Blue Frost Flavor. It tastes similar to a gatorade/powerade.

Originally, I bought the blue frost for myself but I found it a little sweet, so my husband tried it. I think he’s obsessed now! He loves it and I’m happy he’s finally drinking a healthy recovery drink.

This is a great workout drink. If you previously drank a sports drink you can replace it with this drink. It’s lower in calories and sugar while hydrating you and aiding in recovery so you can build those muscles and workout again.
