When Will My Order Ship?

Our fulfillment centers operate Monday – Friday during normal working hours, and ship all orders received prior to 1 PM EST on the SAME business day. Any order received after 1 PM EST will ship first thing the following morning. Orders

When Will My Order Arrive?

All customers will receive a tracking email with their tracking link within 1 hour after shipment. With the exception of international orders, all packages use USPS Priority shipping, which delivers within 1-3 business days depending on location.

I Placed an Order But Never Got an Email Confirmation – What Now?

Most often, this occurs when the customers makes a typo when submitting their email address. Please contact us and we will make the appropriate changes to your email address in our system, and manually send you your tracking information.

My Package Says Delivered, But I Don’t See It – What Now?

Sometimes, package tracking numbers will show delivered, but you don’t see the package. Please take the following steps to resolve prior to contacting our team:

First, check all possible locations where it COULD be… Side doors, garage, etc. (be sure to check with building superintendent or front desk if it is an apt. complex). If you still can not find it, then ask any roommates or neighbors if they have seen it.

If 24 hours go by, and the package still does NOT turn up, please reach out to our team, and we will submit a lost package report and ship a new parcel.

My Order is ‘On-Hold’- What Does That Mean?

Some orders placed on our website goes through a manual review to prevent fraudulent purchasers and to protect our customer’s information. This review process can take between 1 and 4 hours during which time the order will be approved, and shipped.

I Am Not Happy w/ My Purchase – What Now?

If you are not satisfied with your UNICO products, please feel free to contact us and we will open a ticket for your request. Prior to contacting us, please consult our shipping & returns policy to see if your complaint qualifies for reimbursement or exchange.

Do You Ship International?

Yes, we ship to several countries worldwide. Please read our shipping policy to see if we ship to your destination. Keep in mind international shipping surcharges and customs fees will apply, and be the financial responsibility of the buyer.

Are Your Products Available on Amazon?

Unico products are currently NOT available on Amazon.com. This may change in the future, but for the time being, we proudly serve our customers as a family-owned small business.

Do You Have a Rewards Program?

Are You Available in Stores?

Unico products are not currently available in any brick-and-mortar retail stores. We take pride in delivering our products quickly, and with excellent customer service.

Do You Have a Referral Program?

Who Can I Contact About Partnerships / Collaboration?

Please e-mail our marketing team at: support@uniconutrition.com and include your name, and a brief description of what type of partnership you have in mind. Due to a high volume of requests, instagram influencer requests may take 5-7 business days to process.

Where Can I Find the Nutrition Facts for Your Products?

Each product page has a ‘view supplement facts’ link near the top of the page, beneath the gold stars & reviews rating. Tap/click to view the supplement facts, and ingredients for that product.

Can I Take UNICO Products While Pregnant / Nursing?

We request that all pregnant or nursing Mothers consult their primary care physician prior to starting ANY new supplement regimen. A great first step is to e-mail your Doctor a link to the UNICO product that you are interested in so that they may review the product ingredients and ensure compatibility with your current health & lifestyle.

Are UNICO Products Safe for Children?

While all of our products are made from GRAS (generally recognized as safe) ingredients with no fillers or banned substances, we recommend consulting your family’s primary physician/caregiver prior to giving UNICO products to anyone under the age of 18.
