Unico Nutrition Inc. uses USPS Priority as our exclusive shipping method. Depending on where you live, your delivery time will be between 1-3 business days.

Your order will ship within 24 hours (business days only) of ordering- with MOST orders going out on the very same day as ordering. Shipment tracking is provided via email within 4 hours of shipment.

If you live closer to Olean, NY (Western NY) your order will ship from zip code 89119

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you placed an order with the incorrect shipping address, you may still be able to retrieve your package.

If the order has NOT yet shipped: Please call us toll free at +1 (855) 823-9604 or E-mail us us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to re-route your address prior to shipment.

If the order HAS shipped: You may be able to have your package re-routed while in transit. Call USPS helpline at 1 (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking information, and the corrected delivery address. Please note any fees associated with this re-routing are the responsibility of the consumer.

Please note that packages that were shipped to an incorrectly submitted shipping address are not eligible for refund. Recovery of that package is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping:

UNICO Nutrition currently ships to the following countries for a $29 Dollar International Shipping Fee:

IMPORTANT: Any ADDITIONAL fees paid at customs due to customs fees, or for any reason at all, are subject to occur. These fees are the financial responsibility of the buyer. International purchases must be made keeping in mind that an additional charge MAY be required depending on the customs regulations in your country.

Returns, Replacements, & Refunds:

NOTE: Opened containers are not eligible for refund.

uniconutrition.com is committed to delivering a quality customer experience. You may return any un-opened supplements within 30 days of your order for a full refund. To perform your return- please e-mail support@uniconutrition.com. Within 24 hours you will receive an RMA form in response. Please print and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form completely. Place the RMA form and items from the original order in a padded envelope and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

NOTE: All refund requests MUST be accompanied by a RMA form, be received within 30 days from the date of the original shipment, and include all items from the original order. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your order via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns.

The Fulfillment, Return and Exchange Department operates Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30pm EST Proof of purchase required. Refunds and exchanges are accepted for purchases made directly from uniconutrition.com. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
