    Personally, I have never had or tried any other BCAA’s. I give these two thumbs up. I have Blue Frost, Galactic Grape and Blackberry Lemonade. Blue Frost is my favorite and Galactic Grape takes second. They taste great and are a great supplement to my fitness goals.
