Back again because I’m so in love with their products! So happy things are finally restocked! I grabbed my fav chocolate pb protein, strawberry marg preworkout, and the new yummy gummy aminos. Unfortunately they sent me the old freeze pop amino flavor (which was okay because it also tastes amazing), but after emailing them they immediately sent out the correct flavor! I love this company so much

I found this to be a great way to try offerings from Unico Nutrition. I have continued to use the YUMINO EAA Amino Acids weekly and have found it to be a great way to benefit from EAAs. When I had gotten the Essentials Stack, I tried the ATHENA Intense Pre Workout in the GODDESS UNLEASHED: Strawberry Margarita flavor and have found it to be a new favorite pre workout.

This is my favorite protein powder. Not chalky. Goes great with everything. The pre-workout is the best around. Doesn’t make me shaky or tingly. I love the way it tastes. The recovery is great too. These are my go to

Honestly, unico prices are a little more than some you can just pick up at a store, but the quality is super evident right away. This package is a good deal and worth the price, in my opinion.
Apollo is hands down my favorite protein supplement. The texture is perfect and the flavors are so good. I have been partial to the banana flavor, but am excited to try some of the other flavors. I love that most of them are gluten free, too! Sometimes protein supplements upset my stomach, but I haven’t had any issues with Apollo at all.
Yumino tastes so good (firework) and seems to perform better than other BCAAs that I’ve tried. It’s super refreshing and I do notice more endurance and less soreness.
Athena (peach) is my favorite pre workout. Some formulas leave me uncomfortably buzzy/itchy and I can’t handle them. Athena does leave me with a bit of a tingle, but it just makes me feel ready to work out. The formula is great with plenty of b-vitamins for energy, without an absurd amount of caffeine like some supplements have. 150 mg of caffeine is appropriate for most people, and it’s an amount that works well for me if I haven’t had coffee in the morning yet.
