I love this pack. It has all I need to help me work towards my fitness goals. The pre-workout provides a boost of energy without the jitters. The post workout BCAA’s in galactic grape is awesome. A little sweet but nothing a little more water can’t fix. The chocolate lava cake protein powder is ok. It’s not very chocolatey and had more mild taste.
