Juicy black punch is just that. A delicious punch of energy! Doesn’t give me a crash, and get me through my afternoon workout and on into the night. Also doesn’t linger and keep me up late as other pre-workouts have in the past.

I love this product, has a great kick and pump. I often order the “his and hers” pack and mix this with the athena since both items separatly have exactly what I’m looking for in a preworkout. I exercise in the evenings and dont find it hard to sleep afterward even if taken 2-3hrs before bed. I am not, however, sensitive to caffeine. Tasts good, aquious solution needs to be shaken otherwise ingrdients will settle.

The flavor is delicious. The only issue we have is the red dye 40. After a lot of research we have discovered this is a harmful ingredient. My boyfriend will probably just share another product with me in the future since we found other flavors that don’t include this harmful ingredient.

Per husbands review and my tasting it is delicious! He said it works well and doesn’t leave you feeling jittery and there is no crash (like his previous favorite). However the quantity vs. cost isn’t very budget friendly…even at the discounted price its about $2/serving the regular price would jump it to $3/serving. Sell bigger servings is my suggestion on this, otherwise its a GREAT product:)
