    ATHENA Unleashed was fantastic for weight training, but I like ATHENA Intense better for HIIT training. The Purple Passion Punch flavor took some getting used to, but it gave me a good burst of energy for my workouts and didn’t leave me feeling shaky or uncomfortable.

    I’m so in love with this product. I have struggled to find a preworkout that doesn’t make me feel jittery or uncomfortable, and especially one that can last me through a long cardio and lifting session. Running on this preworkout feels great, and I’m able to increase my speed and focus more on my form during my run. Sometimes I don’t even use a full scoop if I’m feeling naturally energized that day. I’ve bought this product probably three times and I’ve never been disappointed. The flavors are great too.

    This is delicious and I love how it doesn’t make me jittery. That’s been my biggest problem with other pre-workout powders and it also didn’t make me feel TOO ridiculously amped like some others have. I tried the Purple Passion Punch, which is currently out of stock, but I thought it was yummy!

    I have a difficult time with pre-workouts and they tend to make me over jittery and uncomfortable. I tried the Athena on a whim and was very impressed. No itchiness in my face and legs, and no sense of the jitters but still an obvious increase in energy. The flavors are super good. I tried the purple passion punch and was very pleased.

    First of all, go with the Strawberry Margarita. You can thank me later. Second: you do not know what you have until it’s gone. This item was out of stock for months, so I had to improvise with alternative preworkouts. I ordered the top three off multiple studies and reviews of what people considered the “Best Women’s Preworkout”. I ordered the #1 in Pre-workouts in general, and let me tell you, they DID NOT COMPARE. Not in TASTE, not in PERFORMANCE, many of them made me seriously sick! (Try doing an Insanity workout and having to pause to get sick and get right back into it. NO FUN.) I play hard, i need a pre-workout that plays even harder. This is the best of the best, hands down.
