    Tastes super yummy. I’ve only used it a couple times. Definitely gives me a bit of a pick-me-up, but nothing super intense. I guess the main reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it really isn’t providing me that boost that everyone says they get from preworkout.

    Got cherry limeade and the flavor was definitely there (a bit intense but I just add a bit more water (1-2 oz) than what is recommended to dilute it out). That being said the recommended water was more than I’m used to so I felt like I was chugging a bottle of water before a workout (not the greatest for running). It gave a good amount of energy, nothing crazy to give you the shakes but not enough to where you can do ‘half scoops’. If you don’t need a lot of caffeine and like lots of flavor this one would be good for you.
