I’m been using this for the past few weeks. I can’t really tell a difference. I don’t think it does anything. If you take 2 pills 2 times a day that has enough caffeine as 2 cups of coffee. But if you take 4 pills 2 times a day thats 4 cups of coffee (which the instructions say you can) which is too much caffeine per doctors recommendation. I you also use the rework mix like I do that adds another 1-2 cups of coffee caffeine added to your intact. Which is not good. If you’re going to use this product, watch your caffeine intact.

This is the best fat burner I have had so far. It really helps me manage my appetite and it gives and extra boost of energy. From what I have noticed so far I think it gives some energery and i can see my body toning out. The number on the scale has not moved but I can see my body changing. I’ll keep using it until i am and see what results exist in the end. No negatives. Unico you have good products!
