I really love these fat loss supplements. I haven’t taken something like this in a very long time. The last time I tried a fat loss product I think it was just jacked with caffeine. These are not like that. I don’t feel like my heart is going to beat out of my chest. Its just a steady flow of energy and focus. I love the fact that it has joint support in it as well. I kept myself from writing a review until I finished the bottle, and lo and behold, today was the day. Ultimately I don’t think it really made me lose any weight, but I did notice a few very cool things from this product. First, it’s easier to swallow with a smoothie, so if you’re having trouble with the size of the pill that might help. Second, it does actually make my stomach noticibly flatter, especially when taken as directed. Third it does curb a lot of my cravings and keeps me fuller longer, or at least not hungry. So as a weight loss supplement it’s alright, probably one of the safer and better ones out there (especially with diet and exercise) but as a dietary supplement in general it’s pretty great!

I’ve been taking these for a little over a month in addition to exercising five days a week and eating relatively clean. I do get the extra focused feeling when I take these throughout the day. I notice I don’t tend to crash around 2-3pm like I normally do either. Wish I looked into these while I was still in college. I find it difficult at work to take them 20-30 mins prior to my lunch sometimes because I get busy. That’s the only thing I dislike about them. For the most part though I plan it out without any issues.
I haven’t lost an outrageous amount of weight in a month (that’s not realistic anyway) but I have felt less bloated, more energized and my pants aren’t so snug. I have noticed some more muscle definition since I began taking a bunch of their products in addition to my normal diet and exercise lifestyle. Love Unico for that! I take pre-workout, amino, and vulcan supplements and drink their protein shakes everyday (except rest days). Feeling great!
