Long time yumino fan, and firework freezer pop is one of the best flavors. Really helpful with recovery and hydration. If you get a batch that tastes bitter, give the powder a good mix.

The flavor isn’t bad. Took a bit for me to get used too. But I have noticed a difference between when I have done weight lifting prior to now and after taking this. I’m not half as sore. So Thumbs up in my book!

Seriously, the best! I take this as an intra-workout in my water bottle. It helps keep me hydrated during my workouts and my recovery is easy peezy. I push myself harder and lift heavier and can still move and function without the struggles of drastic soreness. Also, the flavor literally tastes like the bomb pop which helps my sugar cravings. Especially when I add the cotton candy pre-workout, I get my fix hahaha

This was SO GOOD! It tastes just like a bomb pop, and it mixes really well. It’s a must try! Of course, the packaging is beautiful, but I do believe the product itself works. I take it after my workouts to help with hydration and for muscle recovery which helps. I don’t get painfully sore anymore when I take this.
