These are some of the best tasting BCAAs I’ve ever had. My only complaint is some of the flavors don’t mix as well as others, blue frost settles at the bottom and is a little gritty so you have to shake it in between each sip. The blackberry lemonade and grape are my top favorites.

Love the Blue Frost Flavor! I drink this during every workout instead of water–really helps my muscles recover faster and I definitely feel less sore. I recommend filling a shaker bottle almost all the way if you’re using one scoop because when I only use 16 oz of water, it is a little too sweet to drink during a workout. This is probably the best tasting out of any Unico product I’ve tried, and I’ve tried 95% of the flavors/products.

I purchased the blackberry lemonade BCAA’s mix and it is great! The taste is perfect and refreshing for in between sets! I also love how well it mixes! Sometimes BCAA’s don’t like to mix very well in water but these do a great job! Yumino BCAA’s for sure help increase my endurance so I can make the most out of every single gym experience!

Yumino is awesome! All of the Unico products just taste fantastic! No weird aftertaste, and just so good! I drink this after every workout, and always order before I run out so I always have it available! Blackberry Lemonade was my favorite until Blue Frost came out! 🙂
