Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

As far as protein shakes go, this one is really good! I love how transparent Unico is with their ingredients, it makes me feel confident in what I am fueling my body with post workout. Most protein shakes have a nasty, chalky aftertaste that make me dread drinking them, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good the Apollo protein was! I got the birthday cake flavor and it legit tastes like Birthday cake with no distinct aftertaste. The only negative thing I can say, that’s not even that negative, is that it is almost too sweet for my liking. However, I’m that person who asks for just a splash of sweetener in their coffee and can’t even drink dessert wine because I find them too sweet. So, I’m really sensitive to sweet drinks…. yet I can still drink one of these every day after CrossFit. Great product- highly recommend!

This is some of the best tasting protein powder I’ve tried! I’m very particular about only mixing with cashew milk, but I’ll even drink it mixed with water. It does taste and smell like actual birthday cake, and the consistency has a nice thickness like a milkshake. It doesn’t have an after taste, which I appreciate. I look forward to trying the other flavors.

I had the birthday cake flavor. While it did not taste anything like cupcakes to me, it was still good. It tasted like plain vanilla in my opinion. But, it definitely was not bad tasting. Can’t wait to try other flavors!
