Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I’ve ordered the Birthday Cupcake and the Molten Chocolate. The Cupcake one is definitely unique, with its rainbow sprinkles and everything that you see in the protein shake. It really does taste like a birthday cupcake. The molten chocolate is kinda whatever. It’s good, but not great. (I compare all chocolates to Cellucor’s Molten Chocolate which is amazing). Quality is good, powder is super fine and mixes well with water, milk, almond milk, or mixtures of any of these.

OMG guys! I love the birthday cupcakes protein powder!!! I have an incredibly sensitive stomach and I have had no issues with this powder. At first I was a little nervous, because whenever I try out new powders my digestive system goes crazy. This did not happen with this one. And on top of that there is sprinkles?!? And the packaging.
