Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I’ve tried a ridiculous amount of protein powders and this is by far the best. It bends easily, has a milky taste – unlike some where you even bend it with milk and it tastes like water, has awesome ingredients. I’ve had the Cupcake and Cheesecake and love both, even with just water it’s good. If taste is a concern for you, 10/10. I’d texture is a concern for you 10/10, if protein quality is a concern for you 10/10. High recommend trying it. Just do it!

This protein powder is DELCIOUS! After ordering a sample packet of the birthday cupcakes, I HAD to order a full size! After receiving it, I was a little disappointed in the amount in the tub- it was only about half full. For the price i would have expected it to be closer to the top. I don’t know if it’s something that I will order on a regular basis since I will drink it almost everyday and it could get expensive but I will see how long this bottle lasts.
