Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

As far as taste goes this product is really good! I love the flavor and that it has real sprinkles in it(super cute)! The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because it’s still really pricey! I can get my Syntha 6 protein from amazon for way less! But I do love this product and would definitely choose it instead when there are coupons involved!

What in the actual world!!!! I cannot believe how amazing this taste. In fact ALL of the products I have are so yummy!!! I have a sensitive stomach and I have had ZERO pain or discomfort after using this protein. And OH MY does it taste so good! Cold water and powder and it’s like dessert all day.
