Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Love, love, love this protein powder! Birthday Cupcakes taste just like funfetti and mix well with water, or milk/milk alternatives. I’ve also ordered the Vanilla Milkshake which is great, especially mixed with frozen fruit for an added boost and flavor!

(The birthday cake flavor does have ‘sprinkles’ in it which I thought was cute…but grew to not like them in my shake as much because they would end up just shifting to the bottom.)
