Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Amazing! Dieting with just eating better rarely helps me. I always end up relasping into frozen breakfasts and easy foods that are high calorie & low protein. Shakes have ALWAYS been my best route to weight loss. These protein shakes are not chalky, and mix super easily in a regular blender bottle. I like the little treat of sprinkles you get at the bottom of the Birthday Cake flavor. I’ve used this in place of my usual frozen breakfasts when I don’t feel like putting together a healthier option, and I’ve lost 8 pounds in two weeks! Highly recommend!! Warning: like most dietary changes, you will poo a lot the first week, so expect more weigh loss in the first week and then it starts to even out to a more consistent drop in weight in the following weeks lol!

Birthday Cupcakes…sooo delicious. I can’t believe I get/have to drink this stuff after CrossFit! Ordered banana cream pie a week later. I initially hesitated over the cost but it’s completely worth it. I am a huge fan of cake and finding a protein shake that tastes just like birthday cake batter was amazing! The sprinkles don’t hurt, either! I have gastroparesis and have to get several small snacks/meals in per day, and one of those is usually a shake for convenience and to get protein I wouldn’t otherwise be able to get in my diet. I love the variety of flavors available and how well they dissolve. I use oat milk with the powder in a blender bottle and never have any issue with grittiness or an “off” taste like you do with some other protein powders.
