Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

This is the one protein powder I’ve ever had that doesn’t make me nauseated. love this powder, the best line around, does not taste chalky i feel like I’m having a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake for dessert but its actually my meal for dinner. I tell everyone about it. I gave it a 4 star because the packaging looks huge but it is only half full. but u get 27 shakes out of it.
