We’re Living the Cookies ‘n Cream, Dream.
Okay without naming name, there’s a certain childhood favorite cookie that we’re particularly fond of. Enough that, yes, we still sometimes dream about them. So it’s only fitting that our Cookies ‘N Cream Dream flavor tastes exactly like those o-so-tasty chocolate sandwich cookies.
And while those aforementioned cookies contain gobs of sugar and fat, OUR cookies ‘n cream protein powder has just over a hundred calories, virtually ZERO sugar, and, oh yeah – 24 grams of muscle-building, booty-sculptin’ pure protein. Get some.
Please note: Our cookies and cream protein flavor is NOT gluten-free. There are real cookie bits in it.
I really like this one, but my husband doesn’t like it as much. My daughter loves it, too. I like it with unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk. It’s not gritty or powdery. Sometimes I add half of an avocado to thicken the shake, and sometimes chopped almonds, chia seeds and flax seeds when I put in my Ninja, but it’s good on it’s own with out any additions. I use this as a meal replacement in the morning and it’s the only thing that boosts my weight loss.

This is honestly the only protein powder I buy anymore, it’s absolutely fantastic. The texture is exactly what you’d want from cookies and cream, and the flavor is spot on. I have one almost every morning as a breakfast shake, mixed with some lowfat milk (popped in the freezer so it’s icy cold), and it’s absolutely perfect. Keeps me from getting hungry again mid-morning which is a bonus!

This flavor, much like the strawberry cheesecake one, is a lot lighter. So if you prefer a sweet, but not too sweet protein, this one is great for you. It doesn’t have much of a cookie flavor, more cream than anything. I think it would be a really great idea to mix the chocolate flavor Unico has WITH this one! That is something I think I will have to try!
I also HIGHLY recommend this: with this flavor, add some espresso shots (espresso shots, NOT coffee, the coffee will just make it watery and you will lose the flavors along with it), plenty of ice (because the shots will be hot), and blend! It is like having a full on frappucino but with NO guilt! You can also do this instead: make espresso shots the night before, MAKE SURE TO ADD MILK TO THE SHOTS (this will prevent the shot from dying which tastes bitter and gross). Pour the mixture into an ice cube container and in the freezer, the next day add them to the blender along with your shake mix and milk (I prefer oatmilk, tastes amazing), and blend until smooth. I will admit this method is probably easier especially if you want it first thing in the morning.
Anyway, I like this flavor and will probably buy it again, but needs something like the espresso or half this and half chocolate mix to make it fuller and more flavorful! <3

This flavor is the first that I have purchased and I love it. I’m down to the last few scoops and ready to get another shipment.
Not too sweet and really good when added to chocolate protein milk as well for a double chocolate twist.

I really liked the cookies n crème, tried it with a few different mills and found it mixes best with coconut milk. Highly recommended!

Just finished my first Apollo canister of Cookies and Cream and I don’t think I will be using any other brand from now on! I am so impressed with how smooth it mixed, and it tastes delicious! I feel satisfied for hours, with no stomach ache. Can’t wait to try the other flavors! But I do love the actual cookie bits in this one 🙂
