    I’ve been ordering these protein powders for over a year now. I’ve tried every flavor. They are all absolutely excellent.I have my favorites which would be candy shop caramel, cookie dough birthday cake. I do keto and make myself a shake every morning. In blender 2 tablespoons of unsalted kerrygold butter 1/4 teaspoon pink salt 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 cup 1/4 cup coffee (which I pre make and keep in refrigerator)1/4 heavy cream 2 tablespoons mct oil 2 scoops protein powder 4-5 ice cubes. This recipe is like having a milkshake every morning. I LOVE UNICO
