Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Unico is my absolute favorite protein powder. I have tried others and consistently come back to unico. Strawberries and cream is the BEST FLAVOR I LOVE IT SOOOOO MUCH. A star off for having less servings per container than their earlier formula and for the nutrition information not matching the amount that is actually in a scoop (with the scoop they give you it is still 34g and 120 calories like the old containers).

I find this flavor to be a little too artificial sweetener tasting for my personal liking. However, mixing 1/2 scoop each of this and the vanilla flavor is absolutely perfect! It’s a nice balance of flavors for me that way. Even though I don’t love this flavor on it’s own, I would buy it again to mix it with other flavors.

Unico hands down has the BEST protein powder. The only reason it’s not getting a 5 star review from me is because I’m so disappointed in how small the new packaging is. I’m getting much less product than before. But luckily it does have the same great taste!
