Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Tastes great and doesn’t cause any bloating. The new formula seems to be a bit thinner than previously, but I just add a bit more powder to offset that.

This is by far the most delicious protein powder I have ever tasted! Tastes like a real vanilla milkshake! Love that this is a blend of Whey, Casein and Egg proteins as it is easier on the digestive system if you’re sensitive to all-Whey proteins.
Also gives the full-spectrum time wise as Casein is a slower digesting protein than Whey. So you can make your protein shakes for both before and after your workouts depending on your protein needs for your fitness goals.
