Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

i ordered this on 2/10 and rcvd 2/14 really fast shipping! my first impression it was a 2lbs container the graphic on the container was cool, and the smell was good. today is 2/16 i made my first shake instantly i loved the taste. yes just like vanilla milkshake. So don’t mind if i do, but i made another 8oz before leaving for work. i started drinking about 5:25am it is now almost 9am and i am happy to report Not hungry at all. i will be ordering more.

AMAZING! I would drink this all the time if I could. The Ice Cream flavor is not at all gritty and the best tasting protein I have EVER tried! My boyfriend wants to steal it from me. I saw these reviews before I purchased and thought well that’s a dramatic love for a protein, but try it and you will see it deserves all the praise you can give it! Also, it’s a great protein and does amazing things for your body. Being impressed would be an understatement.
