Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

I have never left a review in my life, this protein is THAT good! I’m one of the pickiest eaters I’ve met and have never found a protein that I’ve liked. The smell, the chalkiness, and the weird aftertaste always grossed me out, so I’ve never really been able to use protein powder. This protein has none of that! I mixed the vanilla milkshake with some regular milk and tastes exactly like a vanilla milkshake, just melted. I’m definitely going to order from Unico again

I was skeptical that a protein powder could be “amazing” or “delicious”. I even hoped it wouldn’t be knock-out great so that I could continue buying cheaper protein powder. Now I know: It IS AMAZING, and it IS DELICIOUS and I won’t be buying any other protein while Unico continues to make Apollo Protein. The vanilla is outstanding, and the cinnamon roll tastes almost eerily like…a cinnamon roll, frosting and everything. They ARE sweet, so if you don’t care for desserts, you may not be as big of a fan, but I’m going to continue to make everyone I know give ’em a try.

I was a long time Optimum Nutrition protein powder fan, but decided to give Apollo a try after being very happy with Unico and their preworkout products. I am LOVING the Vanilla Milkshake. The flavor is AMAZING, there’s no grittiness and it blends so easily. Added benefit that it totally helps curb my ice cream cravings (win!). I love it so much that I ordered two more tubs within a month – another vanilla and the cookies and cream because it sounded delicious. Not gonna lie, I’m not a fan of the cookies and cream – a little too sweet for my taste. However, I am hooked on the Vanilla Milkshake and look forward to it after every workout!
