Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

This is by far the best protein I’ve ever used. The texture is so refined that it mixes so completely that it’s like you’re not even taking protein. The strawberry cheesecake is heavenly with it’s strawberry pieces. Birthday cake is also a great choice and tastes great with add-ins. The banana cream pie is the first I’ve found since BSN discontinued its lean dessert protein and is amazing as well (almost tastes like laffy taffy)

I love the birthday cake protein with strawberry! so yummy like strawberry cake. Very cute with sprinkles and all, but the key is it curbs hunger longer than most when using as replacement. Really good product!
