Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

I usually love Unico products but the strawberry cheesecake flavor just missed the mark for me. I wish there had been a sample size available before purchasing an entire container. I ordered this hoping to find a good replacement for the wonderslim strawberry shake that I love but its very expensive. I found this to be very sour tasting and it had more carbs that the other flavors. I ended up giving the entire jar away. The chocolate peanut butter is my favorite one I’ve tried so far.

I’ve had the birthday cake flavor and wasn’t a huge fan of the taste but loved how full it made me.. so I purchased the strawberry cheesecake hoping I’d be a bigger fan and WOW!!! I loooove this flavor! There’s no whey taste, it’s literally like melted strawberry ice cream – also way more natural strawberry than artificial. I don’t get a huge taste of the cheesecake part, but the strawberry is a great flavor and the little pieces of strawberry are the perfect touch. I’m doing keto so maybe I’m a little fruit deprived but this is one of the best protein flavors I’ve ever had. Regardless of the flavor I’ll continue to buy this because the quality can’t be beat but this helps me enjoy my lunch a little more feeling like I’m drinking strawberry milk. This is going to become one of my staple products. Also unico’s customer service can’t be beat, whenever I have a question they are always quick to reply with a detailed response!

Tastes great, mixes well in the shaker bottle, AND it actually keeps me full when I use it as a meal replacement. I drink it at work at 5 am, and can hold myself over until lunch. No other protein mix has been able to keep me full!

The best protein powder ever. It’s not chalky or gritty. The Strawberry Cheesecake straight up tastes like liquid cheesecake. Can’t complain about that. My only downside is trying to figure out the perfect liquid to powedr ratio.

Please bring back the Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake! I should’ve told my hubby it was just for women because we are fighting over these delicious proteins. I have bought 2 Birthday Cake, 2 Chocolate Lava, Strawberry Cheesecake, and the sample box you had in last winter. They are all so good pre and post workout, but Cheesecake is the best!
