I love that I am getting to try the flavors. I love the birthday cake one. Sweet and delicious. I made it with 6 oz of almond milk And my milk frother and I felt decadent and like I had a thick drink. I also felt full for quite awhile and was satisfied. I didn’t get gassy or feel nauseous or any of the things I get with other powders. It wasn’t gritty either.

This is a great box to start out with if you’re wondering which flavor you should commit to. So far the peanut butter and cookies and cream flavors are my favorite. These proteins are sweet though so I do add more liquid (I use 12 oz of liquid to balance out the sweetness.)
