i love the ice cream flavor one. the rest are ok. i also love that it is only 1 WW point. which is what got me to try this. does it keep me content till lunch. no. but most meal shakes don’t. i will be ordering the ice cream flavor. maybe try a supplement

havent tried all the flavors but really like the ones i have. and the size is convenient in those packs! wish you could get a bigger pack of those and have the price go down a little on each, but i’ll probably order the sample pack again – it was flavorful and easy to make and good. and kept my hunger at bay from arising to late lunches – even after my aerobics class!
