I’ve never tried a pre-workout before this and was scared because of the caffeine. I workout in the afternoons/evenings and was afraid I would never sleep after having caffeine so late. Now I’m sad I’ve gone 2 years without trying this product!! It has helped with my workouts so much! On days I’m sluggish, I feel normal; on normal days, I can lift extra. And, unlike some other supplements I’ve tried, the taste is actually pretty good. I didn’t have to dilute it way down, and it’s not too sweet. Just right!!

I have tried a few pre workouts prior to this one and I must say that this is hands down the best. This pre workout keeps me going strong without that anxious tingly feeling. I ordered the goddess version and also the athena intense. I did notice a slight difference and I think that the goddess is better for endurance. I am happy I found Unico and I will be ordering again!

This is the first pre-workout i have ever tried and i amd so thrilled with it! I get a slight tingle feeling but it really works for me. I got the strawberry margaritaville and it taste delicious! I would definatly recommend this!

Solid pre-workout. I don’t like it as much as others I’ve tried, and part of that is the lack of noticeable beta alanine tingles that let me know it’s kicked in (Athena Intense apparently has that though!), but the flavor is fantastic, and I can still go harder in the gym for longer periods of time.

I ordered a couple samples of this a few months ago and promptly forgot about them, which is a shame because I can’t imagine how much more progress I would’ve made if I’d had this stuff powering me through my workouts! Gave the Strawberry Margaritaville a try tonight before boxing class, and HOLY CRAP! Not only does it taste exactly – and I mean EXACTLY – like a fresh strawberry margarita on the rocks, it had me ready to rock and roll in less than thirty minutes. Awesome stuff, already have a tub on the way.
