    I’ve used my share of PWOs and I love this one! The taste is awesome. I feel such a great push during my workouts. It is strong so I wouldn’t recommend it to someone new to PWOs. But it’s not so strong you feel jittery or sick to your stomach. I will definitely be buying this one again! I hope they make it in more flavor options!

    Not as strong as I was expecting, but that wasn’t a bad thing. I got a little boost of energy, nothing crazy and I didn’t get the tingles that usually come with beta alanine. I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t really feel it kick in. I’ll probably go with the Athena Intense next time.
