    This is absolutely the greatest pre-workout I have ever used. I try not to consume a ton of caffeine, so I generally use Unleashed on the days when I am ready to go up in weights or plan on a longer workout. I use Intense for the rest of the time, because of the caffeine content. I never get shaky or lightheaded. I have used the Bang Energy drinks and some others before, and Unico is by far the best. I don’t have any issues sleeping at night with it, and I can really feel a difference in my persistence, consistency, and endurance. Coupled with the Yumino, I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it. The flavors are all amazing, and I am really excited for the new ones to be introduced. They mix very well, too.

    I got the strawberry margaritaville. The taste is great. But it makes my heart race and I get extremely hot. Even when I use extra water and only half a scoop. I believe it’s due to the caffeine. I am one who has no caffeine in my normal daily diet. So my body isn’t use to it. I am continuing to use. However, now it’s just a few sips and back in the fridge it goes until the next day. So this probably won’t be something I purchase again. I have loved everything else I have tried.
