    I admittedly haven’t really used pre-workout prior to trying this one, but I have a high caffeine tolerance. I tried it because I didn’t like drinking coffee in the evenings to stay awake and i had just transitioned to a swing shift to cover a personnel gap at work. Half a scoop gets me through my workout (20-50 minutes of hiit and abs depending on the program) and also through my work shift! I don’t feel jittery and it kicks in about twenty minutes after I drink it. It’s a little pricey but a container will last me twice as long because I don’t use the full amount every time. I’m not a huge fan of alternative sweeteners but it doesn’t taste synthetic, which is nice! Will definitely order again.

    Also I’m a sucker for bold, aesthetic packaging. Go unico!

I take it before runs and I tend to go faster and harder than when I don’t take it. I got Strawberry Margarita, and although the taste is pleasant, I do find it to have a tart after taste. I think next time I will try Purple Passion Punch.
