This stuff was great. It didn’t make me tingly/itchy like most pre-workouts are. The flavor is really good, it’s just really sweet for me so I add a little more water to dilute.

The only preworkout I have tried that doesn’t make me feel jittery or like my heart is going to expload. What it does do though is give me an enormous amount of energy so I can crush my workouts and still feel great even hours after! I bought the blackberry flavor and can not wait to try all the other ones! If you’re looking for a preworkout that will give you energy but not make crash after then this is perfect for you!

So far this is my favorite preworkout I’ve tried. I got the cherry limeade and it is to die for. It gives me the push I need but I don’t feel jittery or weird afterwards like I do with others. Can’t wait to try more flavors!

I love this product. I usually don’t drink pre workout drink because I hate the tingle some give, but this did not! The flavor is great and it really gives me a push! Love it!!

I purchased the Watermelon flavor, which tastes so good but the powder doesn’t dissolve all the way down… There is a bit of “grit” left at the bottom of the shaker bottle. So that last sip isn’t always pleasant, but not terrible.
I have been around the block a few times trying pre-workouts and I love that this one provides ample energy with out the tingles, sweats, or itchy lips that come with some preworkouts. This gets me through my 2 hour powerlifting training after work, but doesn’t keep me so geared up that I can’t go to sleep. Will purchase again!
