    I do appreciate the energy without the crash, but it loses a star because the taste is nothing like peach gummy rings and it has a weird chalkiness to it, but it works so I can’t hate too much.

    This is my very first preworkout. I was nervous to try because of the warm/tingling feeling I’ve heard about previously from preworkouts in general! Honestly, I started out with half the dose initially and worked my way up to the full scoop. I’ve only felt the warm feeling once on my very first full scoop but haven’t felt it since. I ride a bike outside for exercise and I feel like this REALLY helps me get through my long distances and hills!

    As much as I like the energy with no jitters, I can’t say I like the gummy peach ring pre-workout flavor. I have to force myself chug it, it’s too sweet for me. The flavor I could tolerate more was the summer strawberry limeade one. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing this one again.
