    Love the combo! I need both so it the deal is great! Since the protein powder will last me long, I wish they would make a combo with the protein powder and 2 pre-workout but I’m not gonna give less stars for my wants, lol.

    I LOVE the flavors! The strawberry margarita is refreshing before a workout and does not leave me jittery!

    The protein powder is delicious! I’ve had the banana cream pie before and just recently got the vanilla cupcake with sprinkles. I’ve also tried the sample box so I’ve had a few delicious flavors!

    Peach Rings is always a winner. It’s my second time buying it and I will keep coming back. Switched up the protein to cookie dough this time and it’s delicious. It tastes like melted cookie dough ice cream. The little cookie crumbles are perfect. I haven’t tried a unico product yet that I’m not a fan of.

    The packaging is eye catching, as always! Unico never fails. I got the caramel squares protein shake. It was delicious. The taste lives up to its name. It taste and smells like a caramel square! I also got the peach gummy ring pre work out. It does the job, however I found that the Margarita flavor gave me more energy than the peach ring!

    The peach ring Pre workout is so delicious and gives you the perfect amount of energy for a workout. The cinnamon roll protein is also super delicious in just water and even better mixed with almond milk. It doesn’t upset my sensitive stomach. I will for sure be purchasing this stack again!

    I love this stack. I use one or both of these products a least 5x a week and it’s one of my favs. The Cookies and Cream Dream is my absolute favorite protein shake flavor! It’s got none of the chalky taste, and when mixed with low fat milk that’s been in the freezer for about 15 minutes, it really does get a nice milkshake-y texture. Love it!

I love how Unico has the Stacks–I feel it entices me to try other products since I’m getting them for a discount with something I was buying anyways. As for this Stack in particular, it’s awesome. Protein for Recovery

Protein powders are an essential part of any well-made diet and wellness plan.

Most people are not getting enough protein per day to begin with, so it’s important to understand that with only few exceptions, you almost surely need to supplement with a protein.

It’s also important to know when to take protein, and what kind of protein to take as well.

It can be a confusing landscape, but here are our favorite three types of protein, and why they are included in our popular Daily Set.

  1. Whey Protein : Whey is a by-product of the cheese-making process, believe it or not. It is the fastest-digesting type of protein, and is popular with athletes and bodybuilders for that reason. It can help repair damaged muscles quickly.
  2. Milk Protein : Milk protein has some whey protein included in it, which most people aren’t aware of. But for the most part, milk protein is 80% micellar casein, which is a different type of protein which digests more slowly. Research shows that combining casein with whey is an effective way to build muscle.1
  3. Egg White Protein : Egg White protein is another slow-digesting protein, like casein. It has a unique, leucine-rich amino acid composition that has made it a staple for those trying to build lean muscle. It is often thought to be the ‘king’ of proteins, even more-so than whey.
