    ThNk god for this stack. I did the preworkout lab and I am excited for that but this is theeee only preworkout on the market that I love. Got it with our fav vanilla. Can u guys pleaseeeee make a mega baggggg

    I have tried what seems like “most” of the Unico flavors, but I just ordered the Vanilla Ice Cream. It tastes JUST LIKE THAT! I mix one scoop with 12oz of Oat or Almond Milk and 4 additional oz of water. Shake, and voila! It is FAB! Will def order again!

    I love Unico!! Hands down theee best protein taste AND results. I don’t feel bloated and guys and girls…. IT TASTE HELLA GOOD! My husband was wondering if it was for women only but he uses the entire brand as well. My favorite flavor for the preworkout is Strawberry Margarita. It’s a staple in our house. I’ve tried 1st phorm, Renov8, naked, gainful, etc. This is the only one that gets me started AND I can push through my entire workout. Ok… now the protein… the ONLY brand that tastes good and has been worthy enough to stay in my house. I’ve used gainful, orgain, 1st phorm, naked, etc. barf- I had to hold my breath for all of those. I can even use Unico in my coffee. The vanilla is our go to because it’s the most versatile. My husband’s favorite is the banana. We also like chocolate. Unico always has deals and their customer service is on point. The only thing with Unico has been they are constantly out of stock but it’s understanding with the level of quality they strive to produce versus manufacturing and procurement of ingredient issues which were heightened with Covid. But NOW THEYRE BACK! Don’t sleep everyone!!!! Protein for Recovery

Protein powders are an essential part of any well-made diet and wellness plan.

Most people are not getting enough protein per day to begin with, so it’s important to understand that with only few exceptions, you almost surely need to supplement with a protein.

It’s also important to know when to take protein, and what kind of protein to take as well.

It can be a confusing landscape, but here are our favorite three types of protein, and why they are included in our popular Daily Set.

  1. Whey Protein : Whey is a by-product of the cheese-making process, believe it or not. It is the fastest-digesting type of protein, and is popular with athletes and bodybuilders for that reason. It can help repair damaged muscles quickly.
  2. Milk Protein : Milk protein has some whey protein included in it, which most people aren’t aware of. But for the most part, milk protein is 80% micellar casein, which is a different type of protein which digests more slowly. Research shows that combining casein with whey is an effective way to build muscle.1
  3. Egg White Protein : Egg White protein is another slow-digesting protein, like casein. It has a unique, leucine-rich amino acid composition that has made it a staple for those trying to build lean muscle. It is often thought to be the ‘king’ of proteins, even more-so than whey.
