I have been taking Vulcan off and on for a year now (4 bottles), and after my experience today I just had to write a review. Vulcan helps so much with appetite suppression and bloating but OMG today I really noticed the energy and focus aspect. I just started taking it again today after being off of it for ~3 months. I have been so overwhelmed/stressed/sleep deprived for the past 3 weeks and it has really affected my ability to focus at work. Today, not only do I feel well rested on only 5 hours of poor quality sleep, my focus has increased tremendously! I had my normal coffee, and no preworkout this morning so I know it is the Vulcan! I recommend taking the doses before breakfast and lunch – not before dinner, when taking it later in the day I found myself going to bed too hungry.

I typically wouldn’t go for a product like this, but the reviews for it read really well; therefore, I figured I would give it a try. It is the first fat burner I ever used and I would have to agree with the reviews that it works; however, there were some downsides to when I first started using it. My first few days using this were brutal. One of the other reviewers mentioned it acting like a diuretic and I couldn’t agree more. It also caused me to have heart palpitations (after the 2nd daily dose). I also made the mistake of taking it once before supper and then I had troubles falling asleep that evening. I decided to go off of it for a bit and gradually introduce it again in lower doses. I started out with 1 pill a day and slowly graduated to 3 pills a day, which is my max (2 before breakfast and 1 before lunch). I no longer have the issues I first had with it. It’s now working as intended. I enjoy it because it helps keep me energized/awake and focused and also helps keep my water retention down, which leaves me feeling slim and toned.
