This is my first experience with amino acids, and I’m so glad I started using it! I was torn between EAA and BCAAs (#newbie) but after reading a few articles and reviews, I decided to go with the EAA version. I’ve had really bad experiences with injuries in the past and I’ve recently increased my workout load, so this time I wanted to do right an make sure I was taking care of my body. With just a few weeks, I’ve already noticed that it really helps with my muscle soreness, especially days that I double. I’m SO obsessed with this brand, cannot recommend enough!

This flavor is so good. It tastes just like pineapple gummy bears. I will say it’s probably the lightest flavor I’ve tried so far (compared to the galactic grape and fireworks pop) if you’re looking to mask another supplement, but super refreshing on its own.
