This. Stuff. Is. Legit. Obviously the packaging is amazing which drew me in because I’m a sucker for good packaging…but it really honestly works. I started a new program where I’m lifting a lot heavier and I’m NOT sore at all. Plus it gives me and added boost when I drink it through my workout. I got the Pixie Punch and it tasted exactly like a red pixie stick!

I recently got the Pink Pixie Punch flavor. And omg, it takes like a pixie stick in liquid form. I used to only grab a BCAA drink during heavy cardio days but I find myself reaching for this through every workout. I don’t feel like I burn out as quickly when I’m drinking this and I notice a decrease in muscle soreness and fatigue. It’s been one of my favorite purchases.
