Hands down the best BCAA powder I’ve tried, and I’ve probably rotated through six different brands in the past year, trying to find my ‘perfect fit.’ I was scared with a name like ‘gummy peach ring paradise,’ the sugary sweetness would be overwhelming (I’m the king of person who cuts Gatorade with water haha), but I’ve found that one scoop mixed in about 20 oz. of water is super refreshing. As an added bonus, this is the first brand I’ve come across that has almost zero settling! Can’t wait to try the other flavors. Only suggestion would be to offer a sampler pack, similar to what’s available with the protein powders.

I tried the BCAAs in the blue frost flavor! At first I thought they tasted a bit like sweeter blue raspberry cough syrup (but I don’t mind that flavor), however I actually really like this product! These BCAAS help power me through my workout and stay hydrated. I have more energy during my workout and tire less easily. I ordered the peach ring flavor to try next!

I love this preworkout! I’m sensitive to stimulants, so this one is perfect for me. It’s stimulating enough to give me a boost and heightened focus (I definitely lift heavier when I take it!), but I don’t feel like my heart is going to beat out of my chest. Plus, it tastes great! Not overpoweringly potent like a lot of preworkouts are.

I typically hate aminos. In fact, I hate them so much that I will choose to be sore over drinking them. I have tried almost every brand under the sun because my husband works at GNC. I am OBSESSED with yuminos! OBSESSED. The grape flavor taste exactly like grape kool-aid. I highly recommend. I like to sip on them during the day as well as during workouts.
