Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

I can’t give this brand enough! So far, I have tried the molten lava, banana, cupcake, and cinnamon roll flavors. On its own, I like the banana the most so far, but I love, love, LOVE the cinnamon mixed into a cup of coffee. So yummy! Aside from the amazing flavors, these babies blend like a charm. I haven’t had a single issue with any of them mixing completely, so I’m pretty over the moon at the idea of a protein powder that doesn’t a) clump up or b) give me a weird, chalky after taste. 5/5! I just wish that they had more options and availability of the sample packs. As much as I LOVE this product, I hesitate to spend almost fifty bucks on a tub if I don’t dig the flavor. Still a fan either way, though! 😉

I bought the Aunt Judy’s and it is delish. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn’t mix well in a blender bottle. It was chunky and thick no matter how much I shook it. The taste is great though, and when you put it in a blender (or a little Nutri Bullet like I have) it is bomb and not chunky at ALL. I can’t wait to try more flavors!

It’s all about Aunt Judy’s Banana Cream Pie. I seriously couldn’t believe the taste. It was like Banana Cream Pie in concentrated liquid form. It’s addicting. It’s not powdery or gritty like other protein powders that I’ve had in the past. It can be a little pricey. But knowing that there are no proprietary blends and there aren’t any questionable ingredients that are as long as the alphabet itself makes me feel a lot better about what’s going in to my body. Quality is an obvious for this company and I’m so glad I found this company after hours of researching. I’ll definitely repurchasing their products again for my journey in becoming healthy once again.

Just tried Aunt Judy’s Banana Cream Pie and all I can say is AMAZING!!! I have never used that word when describing any protein shake but that is the only way to sum this one up. My great grandma used to professionally bake cakes/pies and she made the best banana cream pie and it tastes so similar to hers. So glad I found this and I cannot wait to try the other flavors!!

I have only tried Aunt Judy’s Magiccal Banana Cream Pie flavor but holy. sh*t. It is hands down the best protein powder I have ever tried, and I have tried A LOT. I’m not even a banana lover, but this doesn’t compare to anything else I’ve ever had. It is delicious and I find myself licking the bowl or cup after finishing whatever recipe I have included it in. I can’t wait to try their other flavors, but seriously, do yourself a favor and order Banana 🙂

So I am literally obsessed with this protein powder. I received my Aunt Judy’s banana cream pie flavor, and was a little worried that it would taste like that fake sugar / fake banana flavor, but it actually tastes like the real thing… so much so that I have to resist blending myself a shake for dessert every night (and maybe gave in once or twice this week already.. it’s THAT good!)! I am on my fifth day of using this, and it makes me want to work out just so I can have my recovery shake!
