Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

When we decided to actually make a banana protein powder, we knew just one thing.
We knew that up until this point, all banana-flavored protein powders have tasted the same – like they were made in a lab.
They all had that fake banana taste, and it simply wasn’t good enough.
So we went to the one woman who knows exactly how to make banana taste good. That’s right. We went straight to Aunt Judy.
The only thing better than the smile she gives you when you walk through the door for a family supper, is the taste of her signature dessert. You guessed it. Her banana cream pie, which can only be described as magical.
So we put Aunt Judy to work. And after over three dozen different iterations of this now legendary protein flavor, we had the winner.
Our banana cream pie flavor includes bold, ripe banana flavors along with super rich vanilla notes that recall the fluffy cream that sits proudly atop a well-made banana cream pie.
Try a scoop of APOLLO Banana Cream Pie protein in 10-12 ounces of cold milk (dairy or otherwise – both taste great!), and enjoy.
You can also try it in one of our creative protein recipes.

Not usually a banana fan but got the sample pack and ended up loving the Banana Cream pie so purchased the big container! I blend it with almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, few ice cubes and too with sugar free whipped cream and it’s amazing!!!

Literally could drink this protein powder for fun, it tastes so good. The Banana Cream Pie and Cookies & Cream are my die hard faves (tried all but the Strawberry), but they’re seriously all good. And it feels good too. It doesn’t leave a rock in my gut like some other proteins have in the past. Honest quality here.

Tried the sample pack first and ended up purchasing this flavor because it literally “takes the cake!” It’s by far the best protein powder I have ever had and I have tried so many! Doesn’t have a chalky aftertaste and tastes just like Banana Creme Pie. Been making my shakes blended with ice and a scoop of peanut butter. In addition to the flavor, it does a great job of keeping me full as I am using it as a weightloss method.

I have tried the Banana flavor and the strawberry cheesecake flavor. My favorite is the banana. Mixes easily and keeps me full for a while!
Yvonne Reigstad –

Holly Schmidt –
I bought the banana and the cupcake. Both are great and taste really good. I mix them with either water, almond milk or a combo of the two.

The banana cream pie flavor…oh my god yes. Honestly I’m not an expert on protein powders, but recently decided I need to start getting in better shape, and after trying the Gemini meal replacement shake (yum) I decided to by my protein powder from here too and I don’t regret it. The first sip I took made my eyes tear up because I was so excited and surprised by how GOOD it tastes.
