Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

Banana cream pudding. Like exactly. It’s perfect for banana lovers, it’s not fake candy banana flavor. No bloat. Tastes good no matter what you mix it with (oatmilk and a banana and some chocolate chips is amazing).

Never thought I’d like banana cream pie protein but I was so wrong. It tastes like a treat and I tolerate it better than anything in the summer heat. Oh My Goodness! This flavour, along with the Vanilla are absolutely outstanding! No aftertaste and goes nicely with almond milk. If you like bananas and cream, then you should try this protein powder.
