Step 1: Choose Your Flavor
Choose your preferred protein powder flavor, carefully open your pouch, and measure out 1 level scoop of protein powder. Add to 10-12 ounces of cool water, milk, or other liquids suitable for protein shakes.
Keep in mind that APOLLO protein tastes great on its own in just milk/water, but is also delicious in your favorite smoothie recipe.
TIP: Add your liquid to your smoothie/shaker cup first before adding your dry ingredeints. This will help avoid any powder sticking to the bottom of your vessel!
Step 2: Shake or Blend
Once you've added your ingredients to your liquid, blend or shake unitl you reach your desired consistency.
The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, and the more liquid that you use, the thinner your shake will be. It just depends how you like your shakes!

Step 3: Enjoy Your Shake

This protein is amazing! Hands down the best protein I’ve ever had and I have tried alot. So far I have bought the banana cream, vanilla and salted caramel and they do not disappoint. I have gotten the samples of chocolate and choc pb and those were great too!

Literally THE best protein powder i have ever tasted. I went with Aunt Judy’s banana cream pie because i wanted something different, not just chocolate or vanilla, and i’m typically very skeptical of cookies and cream protein items so i went the banana route and HOLY CRAP… i am AMAZED. i will definitely be trying another flavor soon

I got Aunt Judy’s Banana Cream Pie and the flavor is really good! I was a bit disappointed because mine came without a scoop… I contacted support and their solution was to tell me a serving size was 1/2 cup. Which was helpful, but not as helpful as them sending me the scoop it was supposed to come with… I ended up having to buy a set of dry measuring cups just so I could use this protein powder. Additionally, 1/2 cup seems like a huge serving size…. interesting that it takes much more powder to do the job with this brand.

I got the Aunt Judy’s Banana Cream Pie. I was pretty excited for this based on the good reviews but it isnt really for me. It has a very artificial banana taste that I would compare to a banana laffy Taffy. I do like however that it doesn’t give any weird after taste like many protein powders. It had a good mouth feel and mixed well. I definitely think I will try a different flavor from this company.

I haven’t tried many protein powders, and I have no desire to after tasting this. I ordered the banana cream pie first. I’m usually not a fan of banana flavors, but I decided to trust the reviews. It took me by surprise by how good it is! It’s not sickeningly sweet, and the flavor is spot on. Next, I ordered vanilla. It tastes like melted vanilla bean ice cream! Again, it’s not too sweet. I almost feel guilty for enjoying it so much. I like to mix my protein with half milk, half water. It’s not too thick, and blends really well.
